• Standard Jira Work Management Fields: Only these fields are available for export.
  

• Data Export Limitations: Export a maximum of 20,000 rows for Issues, Histories, and Worklogs tables.
  

• Data Source Limitations: Create up to 3 data sources per section (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, CSV, JSON).
  

• No Advanced Filters: Basic Jira filters are unavailable.
  

• No AI Support: AI assistance in JQL filtering is not included.
  

To unlock the full potential of the Data Processor for Jira, users can purchase premium add-ons like the PRO version or Data Processor for Xray.

PRO Version Features

The PRO version extends the capabilities of the Data Processor for Jira, providing:

• Access to All Jira Fields: Including Custom fields, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Assets, and Advanced Roadmaps.
  

• No Limitations on Data Sources or Rows: Export as many rows and create as many data sources as needed.
  

• Advanced Filtering: Basic filters and AI assistance in JQL filtering will soon be available.

Xray Extension Features

The Data Processor for Xray specifically caters to users of the Xray plugin, offering:

• No Data Source and Row Limitations: Export beyond the 3 data sources and 20,000 rows limit.
  

• Advanced Filters and AI: Basic filters and AI in JQL filtering are available.
  

However, the Xray extension does not include custom fields, Jira Software, or Jira Service Management, which are available in the PRO version.
