• Standard Jira Work Management Fields: Only these fields are available for export.
  
  

• Data Export Limitations: Export a maximum of 20,000 rows for Issues, Histories, and Worklogs tables.
  
  

• Data Source Limitations: Create up to 3 data sources per section (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, CSV, JSON).
  
  

• No Advanced Filters: Basic Jira filters are unavailable.
  
  

• No AI Support: AI assistance in JQL filtering is not included.
  
  

• The sharing functionality is unavailable: You are unable to share your data source with teammates.
  
  

To unlock the full potential of the Data Processor for Jira, users can purchase premium add-ons like the PRO version or BI Exporter for Xray and BI Exporter for Projectrak.

PRO Version Features

The PRO version extends the capabilities of the BI Exporter for Jira, providing:

• Access to All Jira Fields: Including Custom fields, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Assets, and Advanced Roadmaps.
  
  

• No Limitations on Data Sources or Rows: Export as many rows and create as many data sources as needed.
  
  

• Sharing Functionality: Create and share your data source with teammates. The data they receive will be based on their Jira permissions. You can also set whether your teammates can view or edit your data source.
  
  

• Advanced Filtering: Basic filters and AI assistance in JQL filtering will soon be available.
  
  

• Additional Export Formats: New formats like Excel and PDF will be available soon.
  
  

• Pre-Made Dashboard Templates: Ready-to-use templates for BI tools will also be available soon.
  
  

Xray Extension Features

The BI Exporter for Xray specifically caters to users of the Xray plugin, offering:

However, the Xray extension does not include custom fields, Jira Software, or Jira Service Management, which are available only in the PRO version.

The BI Exporter for Projectrak is designed specifically for users of the Projectrak plugin, offering:

• Export Projectrak Fields: Access specific Projectrak fields for export.
