A4: No, there are no limits to the number of embedded tabs you can create. You can add as many as needed to organize your content effectively.

Troubleshooting

  • Solution: Ensure that the link you pasted is correct and accessible. Verify that the permissions for the embedded content are properly set within the original application.

Issue 2: The Content Integrator icon is not visible in the Jira issue.

  • Solution: Check if the plugin is properly installed and enabled in your Jira instance. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to use the plugin. If it’s not there, click the triple-dot button, and select it from the dropdown menu.

  • Solution: Use the search bar within the application panel to find the desired app. If the app is still not visible, it may not be supported by the plugin. Contact support for further assistance.

  • Solution: Manually refresh the Jira issue or the embedded content. Ensure that the content source is up-to-date and properly linked.
