Embedding Content
Using the Content Integrator for Jira plugin is intuitive and straightforward. Follow these steps to embed data into a Jira issue:
1. Navigate to the Jira issue where you want to embed data. Click on the Content Integrator for Jira icon located below the issue title (if it’s not there, click the triple-dot button, and select it from the dropdown menu). The application panel will appear on your issue screen.
Inside the application panel, select the program icon you’d like to embed from the list. If you don’t see the desired program, try using the search bar or scroll down the list to find it.
Enter the Tab name, paste the Link of the app you want to embed, and click Save.
Detailed instructions on how to obtain the link are provided below the Save button. You can also return to the selection menu by clicking the appropriate button.
After clicking the Save button, you can access your embedded app within the tab and continue working with it without needing to switch between applications.
Remember to manage the permissions of the embedded content within the original apps to ensure proper access and security.
You can add as many embedded tabs as you need; there are no limits. Simply click the 'Plus' button on the side navigation bar and follow the same instructions to embed additional content.
