'Data Processor for Xray' Installation

Only Jira admins can install or integrate new apps onto your Jira site. Read more about managing add-ons.

The Data Processor for Xray is developped as a premium addon for Data Processor for Jira Free or PRO versions. Please ensure the Free version is installed on your Jira site prior to installing the Xray extension; failing to do so will result in the error message described below.

Installing the app from the Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Log into your Jira account, then visit the Atlassian Marketplace website.

  2. Search for ‘Data Processor for Jira’.

  3. Select Data Processor for Xray - Power BI/Tableau/Looker Connector add-on by theCode4 at the search results.

  4. Click ‘Try it free’. Kindly ensure the Free version is installed beforehand.

  5. Adhere to the step-by-step instructions displayed in the pop-up dialogs to successfully add the app to your Jira instance.

     

  6. Once you see the pop-up confirming the app's installation, head over to the newly added app to begin discovering its features!

You can verify the app's installation within the Data Processor app, specifically in the Apps section.

Installing the app from your Jira Cloud instance

  1. While logged into your Jira Cloud instance, go to the ‘Apps' section and then choose 'Explore more apps' or click on 'Settings' located at the top-right corner of the interface and then select 'Apps'.

     

  2. Search for ‘Data Processor for Jira’.

  3. Select Data Processor for Xray - Power BI/Tableau/Looker Connector add-on by theCode4 at the search results.

  4. Click ‘Try it free’. Kindly ensure the Free version is installed beforehand.

  5. In the pop-up window, click 'Start free trial' and then wait for the app to complete its installation process.

  6. Navigate to the newly added app and start exploring its features!
