Installing the app from the Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Log into your Jira account, then visit the Atlassian Marketplace website.

  2. Search for ‘Data Processor for Jira’.

  3. Select Power BI/Looker/Tableau Jira Connector - Data Processor.FREE add-on by theCode4 at the search results.

  4. Click ‘Get it now’. Remember, it’s a Free app.

  5. Adhere to the step-by-step instructions displayed in the pop-up dialogs to successfully add the app to your Jira instance.

 

  1. Navigate to the newly added app and start exploring its features!

Installing the app from your Jira Cloud instance

  1. While logged into your Jira Cloud instance, go to the ‘Apps' section and then choose 'Explore more apps' or click on 'Settings' located at the top-right corner of the interface and then select 'Apps'.

     

  2. Search for ‘Data Processor for Jira’.

  3. Select Power BI/Looker/Tableau Jira Connector - Data Processor.FREE add-on by theCode4 at the search results.

  4. Click ‘Get app’. Remember, it’s a Free app.

  5. In the pop-up window, click 'Get it now' and then wait for the app to complete its installation process.

 

  1. Navigate to the newly added app and start exploring its features!
